1) How long will my order take?

2) Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We provide free standard shipping on all orders within Canada.

4) What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
We’ll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund after inspection. See our Refund Policy for steps.
5) Can I cancel my order?
Yes—there’s a 24-hour cancellation window after placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll help.
6) What’s your return policy?
We offer a 30-day, easy returns window on eligible items in original condition and packaging. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
7) When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return, we process refunds to your original payment method. Banks/payment providers typically post within up to 7 business days. See Refund Policy.
8) Do you offer warranties or guarantees?
Yes. We stand behind our products with a 30-day quality guarantee. If something isn’t right, contact support and we’ll assist per our Refund Policy.

At this time we ship to Canada only.
11) Do you have a physical retail location?
We’re online-only. That lets us keep prices fair and selection broad.

Yes, please email info@astovialabs.com with product details and quantities. We’ll confirm availability, lead times, and payment options.
13) How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. You can also use our Track Your Order page with your order number.
14) Which payment methods do you accept?
